It's noon, EDT, and still "no one knows nuthin'" about the whys or hows of this event.
Already, the gossip threads are wondering if the US Army did it as a training excersize, and so that Shrubster could look all good and powerfull as he commands the upgrade of the power grids. It's the Dems after all, that has been blocking his good republican efforts.....yadadaadaa.....
or worse, the "terrorists" are probing our system, quietly taking a bite here, watching what happens and where. A prelude to a bigger event??
Many are suspicious.
